Description:
The position is for a Back-End engineer with a high level of experience with Node, and back-end development. They will be required to write code using Node.js.

A person willing to learn other languages as Python is required since this team works with repositories in both languages. Excellent communication skills are a must, so he can properly share thoughts, ideas, and experiences that can add value to the system. We expect this person to start in a mid-level position and gradually learn about the system so he/she can participate in technical and architectural discussions. SQL experience is also a must for this position. And, migrations using ORM will also be helpful.

**Must Have**:

- 5+ years of experience in computer-related fields
- Strong experience in Node.JS, Express is preferable
- Strong experience with SQL
- Good English and Communication skills including concise, effective, and audience-oriented communication
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
- Able to share his/her knowledge within his/her team.
- Detail-oriented person.
- Some experience mentoring team members.
- Experience working with teammates to diagnose and resolve issues
- Experience with writing tests and debugging
- Knowledge of design patterns
- Familiarity with DevOps methodology and tools, such as CloudBuild, Helm, Terraform, Docker, etc.
- Experience with abstractions and code isolation
- Notion of security practices
- Good sense of productivity, urgency, and priority
- Takes into account overall Product and business objectives

**Nice to Have**:

- Some experience with React/JavaScript and Modern React concepts (Functional components, context, and hooks)
- Is able to participate and even conduct interviews
