**What You Will Do**:

- Develop and manage construction schedules for data center projects using **Primavera P6**, **Synchro**, and **Microsoft Project**.
- Use estimating tools to calculate material quantities and labor requirements for project execution.
- Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), define tasks, allocate resources, and establish activity codes to clarify project scopes.
- Calculate critical path, resource needs, and project slack to ensure timely delivery and resource optimization.
- Generate **Gantt charts**, resource allocation charts, and other essential reports for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with **BIM teams** to integrate project schedules with the **Revit BIM model**, facilitating the creation of **4D BIM schedules** and construction simulations.

**What We Expect**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
- Written and spoken English at a B1-B2 level or higher.
- **4-5 years of experience** in the construction industry, managing **complex projects**with significant **electrical and/or mechanical components.**:

- **Proven expertise** in **Primavera P6** and **Microsoft Project** is required.
- **Strong proficiency in Revit** is essential.
- Experience with **Synchro** and **Fuzor** is required.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in the construction industry in the United States will be considered an asset but not required.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
