Main purpose of the role
The objective of this role is to provide end-user customer service and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate manner. Supporting the workplace and productivity tools and services for end users, available in Office 365, and manage Servers and Networks devices for the company and ensures the continuity of IT services requires at a worldwide level and constantly improve the processes of the area.
Key tasks and accountability
- Achieve targets set by IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager.
- Supplier management.
- Internal Client support
- Continuously improve IT knowledge.
- Ensure the availability of technological resources of the company.
- Continuous improvement of internal user support processes, infrastructure management, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
- Ensuring the integrity and security of business information.
- Design and implement improvements in IT services that enable the company to meet business objectives.
- Management of technological assets of the company that includes inventory, procurement, and maintenance.
Experience
3 years managing Servers and Network devices such as Firewalls and Switches, Windows Servers, VMware, Microsoft Azure, Security, and Vendors.
You will be comfortable challenging technical and business stakeholders at all levels from CEO to end user.
