**Mission**:
As a Corporate IT Analyst, you will work closely with businesses, from CEOs to interns and engineers to Key account managers, providing the best technical solution to computer and network issues. As part of the job, you must create and share knowledge following and documenting on Notion, Asana, and other tools used by the team. Acting with integrity and care, inspiring peers and others, and being curious were key to keeping on track. Being available at the Bogota office and keeping an eye out is essential.

- Be available to help the local and level 2 support from trivial to complex issues and deliver the best solution, always registering and creating the Knowledge Base;
- Thinking critically about the internal procedures and contributing to improvements;
- Delivery of elegant and well-finished solutions to routine IT issues;
- Review process and work for improvements on Corporate IT Notion Page;
- Contribute to creating automated methods to detect and respond to issues on users’ endpoint devices;
- Onboarding and offboarding employees around the globe;
- Categorize the Asana tickets to reflect what was requested and the best solution;
- Analise, identify, and remediate security issues on Endpoint and network;
- Handle identity requests, following the high-security approach and delivering a fit to permission level and requirement.

**Competencies**:

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- Proficient and know how to solve Windows, Linux, and macOS complex issues following troubleshooting frameworks like CompTIA;
- Having worked in global teams, with time-consuming activities, going deep with technical issues, and finding solutions for complex IT infrastructure problems;
- Expertise in credentials and permission handling, being responsible for asking for approval and giving precisely what was requested;
- Hands-on enough to find alternatives and improvements for the already defined process, create, update and write new approaches.
- Understanding business and technology needs, having excellent communication skills, and having an Analytical mindset, is also expected;
- Experience in incident and project management and using tools like Asana is a plus;
- IT certification in Okta, Microsoft, Linux, or CompTIA is welcome.
