Legal Intern

She/He/They must be a highly motivated, results-oriented, and highly structured team player to serve as a Legal Intern supporting Legal department activities and projects. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the legal department and assist in managing key projects.

**As a Legal Intern a typical day might include the following**:

- Conducting legal research on assigned topics.
- Assisting in drafting and proofreading legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
- Providing administrative support to the Legal Department.
- Assisting with document management and organization, including filing and indexing documents.
- Collaborating with team members on special projects and initiatives, such as compliance reviews.
- Communicating with clients, both internal and external, to gather information or provide updates on ongoing matters.
- Conducting document review and analysis as part of legal due diligence processes.
- Assisting legal staff with legal research tasks, including gathering relevant statutes, case law, and regulations.
- Supporting the drafting and editing of internal legal documents, such as policy manuals, internal guidelines, or compliance documents.
- Organizing and updating internal legal databases or libraries, ensuring easy access to legal resources for the team.
- Assisting in the review and analysis of contracts, agreements, and legal documents relevant to internal projects.
- Participating in team meetings to provide updates on assigned tasks and contribute ideas or insights to ongoing projects.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports or presentations summarizing legal research findings or project progress. Collaborating with other departments, such as Human Resources, to ensure legal requirements are met.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing legal documents and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively collaborate with legal team members and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to your work, taking initiative to complete tasks and contribute to projects.
- You enjoy working as part of a team, but can also work independently when required, effectively managing your workload and priorities.
- You are passionate about the legal field and are eager to learn and grow professionally, seizing opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in a supportive environment.
- English Level: B1
