**_Próposito del cargo_**

El Profesional de facturación apoya al departamento de facturación e ingresos a nível regional en temas concernientes a las funciones propias del área, tanto a nível local como regional, enfocado principalmente en los servicios B2B. A su vez esta posición ayuda en la producción de informes financieros y análisis a nível mensual y trimestral de relevancia para la compañía.

**_Responsabilidades Claves_**

Los siguientes deberes y responsabilidades están destinados a ser representativos del trabajo realizado por el (los) titular (es) en esta posición y no es todo incluido. La omisión de un deber o responsabilidad específica no lo excluirá de la posición.
- Realizar procesamiento de novedades de facturación para clientes B2B a nível regional y local, así como la generación de las facturas y su envío electrónico.
- Llevar a cabo la atención a requerimientos de clientes B2B regional
- Desarrollar procesos conciliatorios con clientes regionales ante discrepancias, generando las notas crédito/debito a que haya lugar
- Elaborar las facturas, preparación y envío de clientes especiales B2B Cluster B
- Garantizar la amortización y conciliación de ingresos diferidos para B2B Cluster B
- Asistir en auditorías financieras internas y controles Sox regional
- Facilitar y completar los procedimientos de cierre mensual, garantizando la el registro a tiempo de ingresos para la compañía
- Preparar conciliaciones mensuales de cuentas de ingresos a nível regional
- Asistir en la documentación y monitoreo de controles internos
- Llevar a cabo el análisis mensual de los ingresos regionales por cliente e informar sobre las variaciones.
- Realizar proceso conciliatorio trimestral entre el área comercial y finanzas de las bases de datos Salesforce / Great plaints/ Cerillion

**_Requisitos de Educación y Experiência_**
- _Se requiere de un diploma en administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial, economía, finanzas o áreas afines._
- _Se requiere mínimo dos (2) años de experiência en finanzas facturacion y conocimientos contables, preferiblemente en compañías de telecomunicaciones_

**_Habilidades Personales_**
- _Excelente conocimiento en matemáticas, asuntos financieros y principios contables_
- _Capacidad para calcular,analizar, clasificar y registrar datos numéricos para mantener completos los registros financieros_
- _Capacidad para establecer objetivos específicos y planificar, priorizar, organizar y realizar el trabajo_
- _Comunicación efectiva de acuerdo a las necesidades del departamento y la empresa_
- _Habilidades en el uso de sistemas informáticos (office, Power BI), configuración de funciones, ingreso de datos y/o procesos de información._
- _Capacidad demostrada para trabajar bajo presión y desempeñarse con éxito_
- _Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y manejar simultáneamente múltiples tareas_
- _Capacidad para aprender y contribuir al rendimiento general del equipo._
