**REQUIRED SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Mobile Platform Expertise - Proficient in iOS (Swift) as the primary development platform, with a strong understanding of mobile architecture and best practices.**:

- **Code Quality & Best Practices - Ensure superior code quality by enforcing best practices, conducting code reviews, and maintaining clean, maintainable code.**:

- **Automation Testing - Implement and advocate for automation testing strategies to enhance code reliability and reduce regression issues.**:

- **Tool Proficiency - Proficient in Jira, Git, GitHub Actions, and other development tools to streamline development workflows and CI/CD processes.**:

- **Release Management - Oversee the mobile app release cycle, ensuring smooth deployment and adherence to release schedules.**:

- **Team Leadership & Mentorship - Guide and mentor a team of developers and testers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration.**:

- **Requirement Analysis - Work closely with the Product Manager to understand business needs, refine requirements, and align development with the product roadmap.**:

- **Stakeholder Education & Decision Support - Educate stakeholders by providing clear technical insights, enabling informed decision-making on product features, timelines, and trade-offs.**:

- **Technical Roadmap & Continuous Improvement - Define and drive the mobile technical roadmap, stay updated with industry trends, and optimize development processes for efficiency.
