¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos un líder con capacidades organizativas, que pueda enfocar al equipo a conseguir un determinado objetivo de desarrollo, identificar y satisfacer las verdaderas necesidades del grupo, además de ayudar a que sus compañeros puedan desarrollar con éxito sus tareas.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Identificar y brindar soluciones a problemas velando por la calidad del código, rendimiento y las buenas prácticas en programación.
- Generar soluciones de largo plazo en el equipo de trabajo.
- Velar por la arquitectura y escalabilidad del producto.
- Participar activamente en la toma de decisiones en el área de desarrollo de inlaze.
- Toma y consecución de requerimientos + toma de decisiones en el área de desarrollo de inlaze.

**Requisitos**:

- Mínimo 3 años de experiência desarrollando en Nest JS y/o Node JS y Angular.
- Experiência trabajando en equipos multidisciplinarios con metodologías ágiles.
- Es esencial la proactividad, creatividad y capacidad de adquirir nuevos conocimientos rápidamente.
- Conocimientos en HTML y CSS (avanzado).
