The Business Consultant - Colombia is responsible for promoting, executing, and tracking company’s brand performance in the assigned region focusing on sampling events and track merchandising accomplishment. Oversee market budget tracking and sponsorship promotions resulting volume growth. This position manages relationships with customers, key account managers, store managers, local advertising agencies, bottling managers, licensees, and distributors operating in different regions throughout Colombia.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Distribute company brand information, samples, POS material with local consumers, licensees, and multimedia advertising (radio stations, TV stations, local public, public agencies)
- Planning, organizing, executing, and tracking store and public sample activities. Events are based on annual marketing plan and annual agreed activities.
- Focus on variety of stores within the assigned territory, organized retail chain arena, and small neighborhood supermarkets.
- Recruit, coach, and track host’s performance and nationwide activities based on market and customer agreed calendar events and budget.
- Collaborate with the legal departments of the licensees and the company to ensure accurate and timely revisions of local brand positioning, statements, and promotions/communication
- Planning, organizing, executing, and tracking store and public sample activities. Events are based on annual marketing plan and annual agreed activities.
- Participate in creating marketing plans by region, channel, customer, and/or occasion annually.
- Creating strong relationship with store managers, marketing departments, as well as local public.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1-3 Years of experience in trade marketing and/or sales
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Written and verbal fluency in English desirable but not required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong communication and interactive skills and attitude
- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience- Ability to travel 30% of the time- Must currently reside in Cali.**NOTE: Relocation is not provided for this position. No phone calls please.**
