**About the Role: People Ops (HR) Coordinator, Colombia**
**Responsibilities**
- **Leader and champion LiveVox Colombia best practice new hire orientation and onboarding**:
- Deliver new hire orientation to all Colombian new hires
- Partner with HR Reps and Coordinators globally to refresh program content on a quarterly basis
- Ensure on-boarding programs and tools providing a consistent, high quality new hire experience; assist employees with system access and use and be the primary point of contact for benefits and entitlements HR administration, participate in gathering and analyzing and acting on new hire input from new hire surveys
- **Coordinator / Host for Employee Engagement Events and Parties**:
- Plan and conduct employee engagement activities to drive employee connections, team building, wellness, and fun Partner with teammates in POPs and marketing to communicate about events, coordinate meeting logistics, maintain local and global activity calendars.
- Run stakeholder surveys to gather and summarize feedback to help us continually improve positive impact
- **“Hire to Departure” Employee Data Administration and Reporting**:
Configure new employee pay tracking, assign time off policies and time and attendance, and assist people with using our HR systems in Colombia.
- As employee’s experience lifecycle changes (transfer, promotion, compensation, leaves of absence, departure) administer approvals, maintain accurate data in documents, systems and employee files, and coordinate implementation with finance, payroll and global people ops.
- Support local and corporate people operations with submission of required reporting for internal workforce management, ensure compliance with legal regulations governing assigned administrative practices, such as social security, labor code policies & regulations, sick & medical leaves, leave of absence, employee vacations, employee information communications, etc.
- Support local and global compensation management and HR Business Partners to administer annual and semi-annual pay review cycles.
- On a timely basis, accurately enter change data in ADP, generate employee notifications and administer signatures via DocuSign. Ensure notifications are executed, delivered to employees with copies effectively stored in the company shared drive
- **Special Projects**:
- Pro-actively share and work to implement your ideas for building teams, improving outcomes, and streamlining processes
- Design your own Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), aligned with the People team to support iveVox as a great place to work
- Support People Ops to plan and execute various employee programs and administrative duties as required
**Education/Experience** **Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in an HR, office support or customer service related role
- Experience in a high technology company is preferred
- Capable data entry administrator; experience with ADP Workforce Now and Jobvite a plus
Strong English speaking, reading, and writing skills - basic fluency. We offer English classes for anyone who wants to further develop their English skills
