Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum of 2 years in recruitment, ideally within high-volume, operational, SaaS, or rapidly scaling environments
- Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to successfully hire at scale
- Proficiency in HR platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Expertise in digital sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, search engines)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with confidence in handling recruitment data and reports
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change
- Maintains confidentiality with sensitive information
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational roles across departments
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent
- Ensure data accuracy within ATS and maintain comprehensive recruitment reports
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to align hiring strategies
- Monitor industry trends and continuously refine recruitment approaches
