**Responsibilities**
- Engaging with customers via inbound calls to understand their needs and recommend the most appropriate plans.
- Building rapport with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and customer loyalty.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques.
- Providing excellent customer service while handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English (Advanced level) preferable C1
- Experience in inbound sales, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be able to work on-site in Cali, Colombia (south part of the city)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and Saturdays, depending on shift availability.

**Benefits**:
Competitive base salary (2.700.000) plus Performance Bonus
