**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Build and execute a sales strategy targeting companies in the energy industry, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and expand QUORUM's presence in Latin America
- Experience with lead generation and business development strategies in the software sector for penetration in the energy market to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Lead and oversee the entire new business development process, from identification and qualification of prospects to closing deals
- Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth within those accounts
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and actively track progress through each stage of the sales cycle
- Deliver on your sales forecasts to ensure that we hit our ambitious goals and consistently exceed targets
- Deliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Evaluate and prepare business plans for key accounts
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their operational needs.
- Conduct exceptional virtual and in-person client presentations that clearly articulate Quorum’s value proposition
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Ability to understand and respond to complex and detailed RFP requests
- Collaborate and coordinate internal resources as needed
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Strong relationships with customers/partners, and other internal sales teams
- Travel Required: As required for sales, trade shows, conferences, and/or training.
- A passion for technology and the energy industry and extensive experience with the software and SaaS industry
- And other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- 7+ years of experience as a top-performing sales professional, using a highly consultative approach at an Enterprise software/SaaS organization
- Demonstrated experience in sales processes and selling methodologies
- Knows how to strategically and effectively navigate large, complex enterprise organizations utilizing consultative and solution-based selling
- Demonstrates success in building and growing new accounts and territories
- Effectively prioritize and manage workflow with minimum supervision.
- Work as a team member as well leading the expanded team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company’s products and services.
- Outstanding business presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to negotiate difficult situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Strong business acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to establish strategic relationships with large organizations at all levels
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and account management within the LATAM region.
- Understanding of the LATAM energy market, including cultural nuances, business practices, and competitive landscape
- A personal drive to meet commitments and a track record of delivering beyond expectations.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally as needed for sales calls, trade shows, conferences, and/or training
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
**Preferred Skills**
- Portuguese fluency is a plus.
- Technical knowledge in energy software solutions is a plus.
