As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for:- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures. Educate employees on HR policies and procedures.- Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.- Employee Engagement and Communication: Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, conducting employee surveys, and facilitating employee recognition programs. Assist in internal communications related to HR initiatives.- Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately enter and update employee information in HR systems, ensuring the completeness and integrity of records.- General HR Inquiries: Respond to routine employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and administrative matters.- HR System Navigation: Familiarize oneself with HR systems and software, learning how to access and utilize employee data efficiently.- Document Filing and Organization: Maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are stored securely and can be retrieved when needed.- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other HR team members and departments to support various HR initiatives and projects.- Documentation Assistance: Assist in preparing and organizing employee documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related paperwork.- Onboarding Support: Provide support during the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and assisting with employee setup in HR systems. Assist in employee offboarding process by updating employee records and facilitating the return of company assets.
Qualifications:
- Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar careers.- 3 years of experience in HR Processes: Talent Acquisition / Compensation / Health and Safety, etc.- Advanced English Level (mandatory)
