**Description**:
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with a proven record of accomplishment in the design, development, maintenance, and operation of scalable, high-performance Data solutions primarily using PostgreSQL and SQL Server secondarily. This is a hands-on position that includes developing data technologies with Technology Team Leadership and other team members within and outside the Technology Team.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop a scalable/tenant based eco-system that will ensure data security, discoverability, and resiliency.

Design and build data pipelines for batch / real-time data ingestion, data transformation, analytics, and search.

Develop and maintain data stores and other parts of our modern data ecosystem.

Actively participates in all Data Engineering lifecycle, including technical specification, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Collaborates closely and regularly with the other teams, including Project Management, Back-End, Automation, DevOps, and Infrastructure.

Helps develop, maintain, and enforce the company’s data development tools and standards. Conduct code reviews regularly to improve quality and ensure compliance.

Maintain current process and architecture documentation in Confluence.

**Required Qualifications**:
Senior-level skills and experience developing, and supporting complex, scalable, and high-availability data architectures based primarily on PostgreSQL and to a lesser extent, SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.

Experience architecting and developing data solutions using Python.

Experience developing ETL flows/Pipelines for data integration (SSIS, Airflow DAGs, ETLWorks, etc.).

Experience with cloud-based data technology solutions including RDS, Snowflake or Redshift, and Elastic search.

Experience with the Agile Development Process and related tools.

Strong experience with CI/CD Tools and Systems such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) Build Pipeline, CodeBuild, GitHub, etc.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
5+ years of experience developing data solutions using Python.

Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) Tools, defining KPI metrics, data mining, and visualization using Tableau

Some experience developing in ETLWorks using JavaScript
