At Sana Commerce, we're looking for a Junior Site reliability Engineer to work with our global team to manage and monitor all installed systems, environments and infrastructure and resolve issues that come in through our notification system.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to our customers by troubleshooting, resolving issues, reporting and working together with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and to lower human intervention on all tasks.
- Work on hosting projects (e.g. Developing effective cloud infrastructure, Migrations, Azure optimizations, housekeeping, enforcing good architectural principles, providing technical oversight, and ensuring security best practices are implemented and followed).

**What you'll bring**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Azure cloud infrastructure management and other related services.
- Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of DNS ,I
