**Seniority Level**: Mid-Senior Level

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems using C++
- Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code that follows coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that code is of high quality and follows coding standards
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues that arise in backend systems
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to ensure successful project delivery

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and familiarity with shell scripting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to solve complex technical problems
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work during EST hours
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- A personal computer with stable internet
