**What you'll do**:

- You will report to the Senior Manager Services Management to contribute toward reviewing the architecture of basic hardware, software, and networking systems by composing detailed test plan scripts, building the tests, documenting the results, and analyzing the output
- You will identify data needed for testing, and create new data or obtain existing data to meet the requirements of the test while working with Test and Defect Management tools, Test automation tools, and scripting languages
- Understand the requirements and perform basic development of the automation and manual test suites following project needs while informing of latest technologies and product offerings
- Work is generally structured as a set of activities or problem situations, assigned and scheduled by others
- Modify test scripts, test data; Execute test cases and record test results.

**You should have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business, related field.
- Basic IT knowledge in software testing; design, methodologies/processes, implementation, and documentation
- Basic knowledge of testing tools and evaluation of testing tools, test plan development and test environments, technical knowledge in testing methodologies and procedures, and skills in planning test plan execution
- 1+ years of experience in trouble ticket management.
- Telecommunications industry experience and related product knowledge.
- Professional Working Proficiency (verbal and in writing) to work with team members and clients.
- Proficient in English in a business environment
