**Job Purpose**

Astound Commerce is looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our Analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to develop and grow their analytics expertise. Responsible for a variety of Data and Analytics support, including: web analytics audits, setup and architecture; tag management platforms, tracking enhancements; Set up tagging and complex analytic tracking plans and documentation; Conduct quality assurance of tagging and data layer set up along with providing feedback to engineering teams; Reporting of eCommerce website performance for comparison and analysis; data feed integrations and management; compliance platform configuration and maintenance.

**In this role you will get to**
- Support lead Data Analysts with web analytics and tag management;
- Providing internal and client-facing reporting on analytics setup with recommendations/insights to improvement measurement and tracking;
- Set up tagging and tracking plans for systems with focus in interactions tracking;
- Conduct quality assurance of tagging and data layer set up along with providing feedback to engineering teams;
- Creation of Analytics specification documents for the Engineering team;
- Assist internal team with new or existing client pitches or sales data queries for new business opportunities;
- Perform other related duties assigned as needed.

**Your skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree;
- B2+ English;
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills;
- 3+ years of experience with Web Analytics Tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics;
- 3+ years of experience with Tag Management Tools such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch and Tealium;
- 3+ years of experience with data layer requirements and structure;
- Good knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS ;
- Good knowledge of dashboard platforms (DataStudio, PowerBI, Tableau, etc);
- Strong technical analytical skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Self-motivated and proactive;
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Desire to succeed and grow;
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization would be a plus;
- Understanding of Server-side tag management would be a plus;
- Understanding of BigQuery and SQL would be a plus.
