**Main Responsibilities**:

- Acountable for overall ops cancellations
- Manage and improve store configurations
- Project and Ensure RT availability
- Turn on and of stores (bot sensibility)
- Overall Timing folloup and pivot responsability
- Plan and Execute standard RT procedures
- Overall Flow of order Followup
- Guarantee RT to comply with forecasted demand
- Constantly look for improvements to make to scale the operation (Tech Rappi)

**Key Requirements**:

- 2+ years of operations & logistics management (Last Mile), analytic capactiy and interpersonal skills leading big groups

**Desired Requirements**:

- SQL is a must
