As a Senior Sales Analyst you will provide administrative support to the sales function such as preparing sales and/or expense forecasts, budgets and quotas and coordinating sales meeting. The position is based in Bogotá and will operate on a hybrid model.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Conduct statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives
- Develop territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan
- Maintain on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with information technology in identifying and resolving problems
- Instruct sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information.
- Prepare and controls commission incentive budgets for a particular district or region
- Perform sales calculations on sales incentives
- May administer the field sales forecasting system, which provides management with current product sales potential.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering or a related field
- At least 4 years of similar experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and data analysis skills
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI and SQL

Experience in snowflake is a plus
