This role provides a unique chance to gain experience in statutory audit support, financial reporting, and compliance within a global organization. The intern will support month-end closing, reconciliations, and documentation processes, contributing to critical finance operations. You’ll develop practical accounting skills, learn IFRS/US GAAP concepts, and gain insight into how finance supports business strategy.

**The Opportunity**
- This is a full-time, six-month internship (Pasantía)
- Assist with statutory audit requests and preparation of financial statements
- Request and organize legal and vendor documents (RUT, Chamber of Commerce, bank letters)
- Support in month-end closing and reconciliations (bank and general ledger)
- Contribute to management reporting and tax compliance information gathering
- Maintain organized records in SharePoint/Teams
- Participate in special projects as required

**Is this role right for you?**
- Pursuing bachelor’s (Pregrado) degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
- Advanced proficiency (verbal and written, B2 or above) in English
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn ERP systems
- Interest in finance, accounting, and compliance in a global context
- Must be eligible to work in Colombia without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
