We are looking for a business intelligence analyst to be part of the global Rappi Prime Team. This role's main responsibilities include consolidating messy data into easy-to-understand visualizations (dashboards), analyzing user cohorts for impact and retention of key benefits, run tests to accelerate growth and follow up on the performance of each variant. Also, the role includes day to day responsibilities such as diagnosing problems into actionable initiatives and following up on data readiness, smartness, and relevance in our weekly business review.

We will need direct involvement with execution - we need people who are capable of leading projects, defining OKRs, planning its rollout execution, and implementing. We will need to create ways to measure results in detail to improve future decision-making across Rappi.

We will support regional leaders in decision-making. We need someone who can communicate at the top level.

We will be finding key insights that work as leverage for our key projects.

We will be working and learning with automation tools that build a fast-paced environment.

What success in this role looks like:
Analysis with actionable results that allow us to be sure we are making key decisions to impact the business in both the short and long term.

Owning responsibilities to be sure to attend in a timely manner the day to day operations at the same time the key initiatives are being developed.

What are you gonna do?

You’ll be working with the global Prime team, which accelerates Rappi’s growth, engagement and profitability.

We will work a lot with data, so SQL is a must to extract it, we need someone who knows the language well.

Process, clean, and verify the integrity of the data used for the analysis.

Conduct research to answer business and industry questions.

Use large data sets to respond to business problems. Work with multidisciplinary teams to find faster solutions to data-driven problems.

Work with various areas of Rappi to understand how to better solve each problem without affecting the other areas and know what other data sets or tools exist.

Key Requirements

Intermediate/Advanced English (extensive knowledge of conversational English plus some basic technical vocabulary related to work).

Work experience as a data analyst or business intelligence

Medium or high experience using SQL on large data sets.

Experience with data visualization tools. (PowerBI and/or Tableau)

Desired Requirements

Entrepreneurial background is a plus

Python/R or any other statistical language is a plus

Knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning concepts is a plus

Spanish language is a plus
