Well, you’re in luck. AutoGrow is hiring a full-time, permanently remote Full-Stack Developer who can work from home.

We’re looking to hire a Full-Stack Developer who wants to earn a **full-time salary** with opportunities of growth, and who wants to improve their skills by working with a growing company—all without having to get out of their PJs.

We want someone who:

- **Wants to be the best and work with the best. **You want to help us improve our great product, not just “write code.”
- **Likes a challenge. **If you’re not comfortable with expanding your skills and working beyond your comfort zone, this job isn’t for you. But if you want to test your limits, achieve your potential, and work at a company that is creative, innovative, and fast-paced, we want to hear from you
- **Is a skilled communicator. **This role will require you to communicate throughout the day with the CTO and back-end developer through our web app to establish priorities and deadlines and troubleshoot issues, so you have to come prepared to collaborate to solve problems.
- **Knows their way around PHP, jQuery, and UI.** We want you to come prepared with some knowledge about creating interactive, clickable demos; integrating front-code into PHP CodeIgniter framework; testing and debugging for optimization; and brainstorming creative UX/UI solutions.
- Has **5+ years of experience**. If you have expert-level knowledge with PHP, MySQL, GIT, HTML/CSS, and CodeIgniter + learning and integrating with third-party APIs, we want to hear from you Ideally, we want someone who can be a full-stack developer but is okay with focusing more on the back end.
