**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead small internal project(s) to improve processes for improvement under guidance from team members
- Working with project team members on a daily basis to obtain business and technical specifications to help implement internal process improvement.
- Working in small project teams on established activities or as a part of larger projects
- Ensuring successful completion of personal and team deliverables
- And other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Business or related disciplines that have an analytical component. Degree to be obtained.
- No travel will be required for this role.
- Ability to communicate in English both written and verbal (upper intermediate level).

**Preferred Skills**
- Technical aptitude including solving complex problems, programming skills (database, reporting and/or other computer programming languages)
- Experience with SQL, Microsoft PowerBI and Sharepoint a plus
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team
- Problem solving and analytical capabilities
- Aspiration or work experience in the energy industry
- Aspiration or work experience in developing and implementing solutions for Client needs
- Entrepreneurial skills, including motivation to take on more responsibility
