As an **Automation Developer** you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Automation Projects including but not limited to Intelligent Process Automation, Proof of Concepts, Internal Hubtek Bots and all other internal developments that will enhance and support Hubtek's Strategy through Automation Anywhere or Salesforce.

**Some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Perform automation through Salesforce and Automation Anywhere.
- Document all processes to be automated.
- Attend support meetings and provide resolution to any tickets related to automation that may be affecting our commitment to our internal customers.
- Provide customer service to solve inquiries of internal clients.
- Implement good practices in the RPA industry and ensure the quality of deliveries.

**Requirements**:
**What would help you succeed**:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in process automation, and desirable experience in software development.
- Knowledge in Automation Anywhere and desirable in Salesforce, also in Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Power BI (desirable, is a plus).
- Studies: Bachelor's Degree or student of technological engineering, systems engineering, software engineering, industrial engineering, process engineering or similar.
- Language: At least B2 English Proficiency. Be able to understand conversations and texts in English.
- Proactivity, persuasion, organization, sense of urgency, responsibility, strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure or stress are key elements to success.

**As part of our family, you'll have access to**:

- Schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (We work by the American calendar).
- Competitive Salary: The salary will be established according to work experience.

- Remote in Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru or Bolivia.
