**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and maintain **WordPress** website, themes, landing pages, and plugins.
- Customize and extend existing **WordPress** themes and plugins to meet requirements.
- Collaborate closely with marketing team, designers, and fellow developers to bring creative web solutions to life.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues and bugs in **WordPress** websites, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Optimize website performance, including improving page load times and enhancing user experience.
- Implement and maintain security best practices to protect **WordPress** websites.
- Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for code management and collaboration.
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates, and offer technical support.
- Create and maintain documentation for code, configurations, and project-related processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, WordPress updates, and best practices, recommending improvements and adopting new technologies as needed.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Mastery of the WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin development, customization, and best practices.
- Mastery of ACF in Wordpress.
- Learndash LMS custom development experience.
- Web Performance Optimization: Tools for optimizing website performance, including page speed tools like Google PageSpeed Insights.
- **SEO Tools**: Familiarity with **SEO** tools and best practices for optimizing WordPress websites for search engines, including **Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, GT4.**:
