We are looking for an experienced **SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test),** a developer with the primary responsibility of writing and maintaining integration tests for product features. It is a challenging role and provides a great opportunity to design, develop, and maintain excellent test coverage in wide arrays of products/features.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of overall experience in software development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Strong expertise in test architecture and design patterns.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
- Knowledge of coding standards and best practices (e.g., SOLID principles, clean code).
- Experience with at least one automated testing framework (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Cypress).
- Familiarity with Continuous Delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Travis CI).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
- Live in Bogotá, Colombia
- Be able to work on-site in the office located in the financial center of Bogotá

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration tests for new features.
- Participate in the development, deployment, and maintenance of QA processes, tools, and technologies.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements, design system acceptance criteria, and create comprehensive test plans focusing on coverage, performance, and automation.
- Identify and analyze process improvements, error trends, and root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
