**Salary**: COP 1,800,000 - 3,000,000 /month (Based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of the Strategy team, supporting creative strategy development and campaign success. Your key tasks will include:

- Researching and identifying influencers aligned with client goals
- Building engaging presentations in Google Slides with visuals and storytelling
- Generating creative ideas from U.S. and global social media trends
- Crafting case studies and wrap reports with data-driven insights
- Collaborating on edits, refining proposals, and maintaining resources
- Tracking influencer marketing developments to bring fresh insights
- Growing into account support, data analysis, and advanced proposal work

What You’ll Bring
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. social media and influencer landscape
- Experience with influencer analysis, campaign operations, or marketing strategy
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Skilled in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Strong communication skills with confidence to propose ideas

Bonus Points For
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Prior agency or influencer marketing experience
- A natural eye for design and presentation aesthetics
