About the Job
Estamos buscando un Especialista de Recursos Humanos para unirse a nuestro equipo y supervisar todas las funciones de Recursos Humanos.
Las responsabilidades del Especialista de Recursos Humanos incluyen la preparación de los paquetes de compensación y beneficios, la aplicación de las políticas de la empresa y el mantenimiento de los registros actualizados de los empleados. Para desempeñar con éxito este puesto, es fundamental que tenga un buen conocimiento de la compensación y los beneficios, el bienestar de los empleados y un sólido conocimiento de las relaciones laborales.
Como Especialista de Recursos Humanos, Deberás
- Preparar y revisar los paquetes de compensación y beneficios.
- Administrar programas de seguros de salud y de vida.
- Planificar y coordinar sesiones de sincronización mensuales con los líderes de los programas.
- Fomente un lugar de trabajo saludable garantizando que los procedimientos de RR.HH. funcionen sin problemas en todo momento.
- Informar a los empleados sobre la elegibilidad para beneficios adicionales (por ejemplo, horas extras adicionales).
- Actualizar los registros de los empleados con información de nuevas contrataciones y/o cambios en el estado de los empleados.
- Mantener organigramas con descripciones detalladas de puestos y registros de salarios.
- Desarrollar e implementar políticas de RRHH en toda la organización.
- Mantenerse actualizado con los cambios en la legislación laboral.
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el trabajo según sea necesario.

Como Especialista de Recursos Humanos, Necesitas
- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, o carreras afines.
- Experiência laboral comprobada como especialista en RRHH o generalista de RRHH.
- Experiência práctica con sistemas de información de recursos humanos (HRIS).
- Conocimiento sólido de la legislación laboral y del proceso de nómina.
- Habilidades efectivas de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y de toma de decisiones.
- Gran atención al detalle y precisión.
- Habilidades excepcionales de organización y gestión del tiempo: debe ser capaz de realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar.
- Capacidad de adaptarse e implementar cambios e innovaciones.
- Fuertes habilidades de relaciones interpersonales; capaz de tratar con personas en todos los níveles de la organización.
- Experiência demostrada en el desarrollo y gestión de relaciones con capacidad de escuchar y mantener la paciencia durante situaciones difíciles.
- Habilidades en el idioma inglés - Intermedio (B1-B2).
