Full-Stack PHP + React

**About the Job**:
We are looking for an experienced **Senior Full-Stack Developer** to join our cross-functional team. This is a key individual contributor role for someone passionate about building high-quality, scalable software and taking ownership of features from concept to production.

**About the Role**:
You will contribute to component and feature design, write comprehensive tests, and occasionally support the setup of CI/CD pipelines for new services. This role is ideal for a highly autonomous engineer who enjoys collaboration, technical ownership, and continuous learning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable **PHP backend services and APIs**
- Develop complex, user-facing features and UIs using **React**
- Write comprehensive **unit and integration tests** to ensure code quality and system stability
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in an **agile environment**
- Participate in **technical design discussions** and contribute to architectural decisions
- Take ownership of the **full development lifecycle**, including occasional CI/CD pipeline setup
- Identify system bottlenecks and bugs, and implement effective solutions

**About You**:

- 8+ years of professional software development experience (14+ years preferred)
- Strong backend expertise in PHP, including experience outside monolithic frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in React and its ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with state management in React (preferably React Context and Zustand)
- Proven experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Experience optimizing React performance using profiling, memoization, stable dependencies, and code-splitting strategies
- Strong experience with Oracle Databases, including ORM usage and query optimization
- Required experience with Docker for containerization
- Strong commitment to automated testing and experience with unit and integration tests
