We are currently looking for a** ServiceNow Business Analyst**, to join our team.

**What you´ll do**

As a **ServiceNow Business Analyst**, you will be responsible for the workshop guidance story creation and draft.

**What do we value?**

This role requires a strong knowledge and experience in business and ServiceNow processes, excellent communication skills, and a focus on delivering successful campaign outcomes for our clients

**Key Responsibilities**:

- In charge of workshop guidance story creation and draft.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- Knowledge of how process interacts with ServiceNow while providing expertise in specific processes or functional domains.
- Knowledge and experience in business and ServiceNow process procedure and work instruction design management and continual improvement.
- Understanding of how process integrates and works across the enterprise.
- Skilled in process and functional best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- CSA Certification
