**The Position**

Austral Group is looking to fill the **Treasury Analyst** position with a professional and highly organized person, to be responsible for the revision and registration of the company's accounts payable to suppliers and employees of Austral by existing procedures. **This is a full-time remote position, you can work from anywhere**

**Responsibilities**:

- Process payments on banking platforms.
- Administration of corporate credit cards
- Review and posting of expense reports.
- Preparation of account reconciliations related to the payment process: advance payments to suppliers, banks, credit cards, and others.
- Other accounting and administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Accounting with 3-5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge of basic-intermediate level English (intermediate-advanced will be considered a plus).
- Knowledge and experience with Excel at an intermediate-advanced level
- Good organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented
- Desire to learn and contribute to teamwork
- Knowledge or experience with Quickbooks will be considered a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on superior client satisfaction;
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills, creativity, and a positive attitude;
- Independent worker, able to multitask and work in collaboration while simultaneously managing various pressing deadlines
