The **Productivity Engineer Jr.** is the responsible to participate and contribute in the available resources management (Capital, Workers and Machines), giving information and identifying continuous improvement opportunities to reach an optimums decision making and plant profitability improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Give and analyze information for an optimums decision making.
- Elaborate, coordinate and control the fixed and variable plant expenses budget.
- Optimize the available resources in the plant (Workers, capital and machines).
- Consolidate information to report it in SCPM data base.
- Prepare and analyze the plant performance report (PPR).
- Calculate the labor and machine activities standard cost.
- Make a capacity utilization report for each line.
- Follow up to variable conversion cost
- Review the workers shifts list according to the standards.
- Manage and Follow up SFR System & OPERA (Ensure data integrity).
- Ensure effective compliance of Continuous Improvement Standard.
- Support AM implementation through sponsorship program.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Supply Chain position.
- Intermediate English level.
- Experience using Google Tools.
- Desirable experience using SAP.
