Your Role
We are seeking an awesome Sales Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the continued success of our rapidly growing Customer base.
Ensuring a proper process is followed when a new supplier wants to work for one of our clients is critical to the well being of LittleBig Connection. Our business lies entirely on a correct financial flow from our client to LittleBIG Connection to the suppliers and the Sales Administrator is the guardian of this process to ensure the satisfaction of our suppliers/freelances and therefore of our clients.
Our Sales Administration team is founded on the core tenet that customers who are successful will sustain and expand their business with us over time. Your job will be to bring this success to life by showing that you care about them and ensuring the quality of the entire process from the publication of the Request For Proposal to delivering the payment to the Supplier/Freelance delivering the service.
You’ll achieve this goal by:
- Ensuring the satisfaction of your portfolio of clients
- Creating and validating new projects (verifying and validating the correct configuration of the suppliers and clients profiles, validating legal documents, receiving and processing the Purchase Order)
- Ensure Suppliers and Clients validation of the timesheet and fixing potential issues
- Ensuring the close follow up of renewing projects following the reception of the Purchase Order
- Maintain a strong alignment with the Account Manager
- Ensuring a perfect billing flow with a strong collaboration with the finance team.
- Ensuring continuous improvement of our sales administration processes as we value your feedback to improve the way we deliver value to our clients
- Any other support that is needed to fulfill a business need
**IDEAL CANDIDATE**
We are looking for passionate and curious new teammates able to demonstrate a strong customer-centric attitude and willingness to take part to a great challenge
- Enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills and with a positive attitude
- You like solving problems and detail oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (a 3rd language is a plus)
- A minimum of 2 years in Customer Support or any related Service field (for digital products)
- A degree or more in Communication, Management, IT or Business or similar fields
- Able to tackle complexity and pay attention to details, accentuate an analytical mind.
- You enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
