**The Position**:
We're looking for an Operations Associate to support our existing operations team. Responsibilities will include a broad range of operational and administrative tasks such as:

- On-boarding / off-boarding both client and team members.
- Assigning training and tracking compliance.
- Auditing.
- Document creation, tracking, and organization.
- Building sheets, documents, forms.
- Processing mail and incoming notices.
- Contract construction, signing, filing, and completing actions to implement contract deliverables / requirements.
- Improve process / reporting by implementing new systems.
- Participate in cross-functional operational duties.
- Support coordination and logistics by placing inventory and supply orders as required.
- Supporting human resources.
- Supporting mentorship program.
- Team announcements.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 2+ years of professional experience in Operations or Administrative roles preferred but not required.
- Advanced English is required.
- A four-year college degree is required.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to exercise reasoning and judgement to make intelligent decisions independently.
- Forensic attention to detail....this is worth repeating....you must be naturally detail oriented.
- You care about the little things and always strive to do things the right way.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient computer skills...you can type without looking at the keyboard, know your way around Word, Excel, Google Suite, etc.
- You use lists and reminders to make sure things don't slip through the cracks.
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
