**Position**:
You are Human Resources Generalist who loves also to recruit.

**Your Role**:
The HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations while ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and workforce efficiency.

This role serves as a key liaison between employees, managers, and HR leadership, supporting talent acquisition, compliance, health & safety, employee relations, and HR administration. The HR Generalist will also collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business needs.

**You will have the opportunity to**:

- Oversee and manage the entire recruiting and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Ensure all new hire documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
- Serve as a point of contact for team members, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.
- Act as a liaison between HR Manager and employee - when needed, to address employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Administer and monitor HR programs such as compensation, benefits, leave management, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with national employment laws and regulations.
- Submit required documentation to the Ministry of Labor, including DGT3 and DGT4 forms.
- Ensure the timely submission of termination paperwork to the Ministry of Labor.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge in recruiting and onboarding process
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HR software, attendance tracking, and documentation processes.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
