**SCHEDULE**:Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

**TYPE OF CONTRACT**:Temp to Perm

**Description**:
The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading and optimizing operational processes with a particular focus on logistics, supplier management, and efficient supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the strategic objectives of the company are met while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and streamline domestic and international logistics operations.
- Manage purchase orders, including generation, client and supplier confirmation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate shipments, storage, and product distribution.
- Develop strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure adherence to agreements.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
- Negotiate contractual terms and service conditions to optimize agreements.
- Create and implement operational plans aligned with company objectives and client commitments.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance internal processes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles.
- Proven expertise in supplier management and international relationships.
- Proficiency in logistics management tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with international trade and transportation regulations.
- Intermediate English proficiency (required).
