**Requirements**:
- University degree in a health-related field, with a comprehensive understanding on NPS route (MVND),market access, interaction with patient association groups, and commercial management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Market Access within the healthcare/biopharmaceutical industry, with a focus on rare diseases or high complexity diseases.
- Experience in working across multiple markets within the Cluster is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex medical, scientific, legal, and economic topics.
- Strong background in pharmaceutical product pricing, reimbursement, and listing processes, including clinical guidelines, health economics, and formularies.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain trust-based relationships with key market access influencers
- Exceptional ability to influence and communicate the value of Medison’s products to payers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to providing ongoing feedback and serving as a role model in line with Medison’s values.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute market access strategies for Medison's product portfolio, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Achieve market access excellence through optimal pricing and timely product launches in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HMOs (EPS), patient advocacy groups, and key influencers within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Colombia's political and healthcare structures, specializing in market access and government policies across various therapeutic areas.
- Lead the preparation of pricing & reimbursement files and support negotiation processes through integrated account models.
- Engage in government relations and support the development of go-to-market models, emphasizing product value to optimize revenues and reimbursement strategies.
- Foster relationships with national, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure efficient market entry for new products.
- Consult on legislative and political matters, coordinating with the Cluster Management Team and Medison organization.
- Initiate and lead disease awareness and advocacy projects, ensuring collaboration across functions within the Cluster.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex medical, scientific, legal, and economic topics.
