**About the job**:
This position is needed to build new features which add value to Twilio's growing number of enterprise customers. Building solutions across products to address the unique challenges of larger enterprises and giving a better onboarding, compliance and customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you'll:
- Be a part of the team to build an enterprise grade platform which helps enterprise customers to build, operate and manage Twilio solutions across departments.
- Create intuitive, fluent and responsive user interfaces. Build fast-rendering reusable and extendable front-end components using React.
- Build a reliable, compliant and trusted customer engagement platform which will operate in a highly scalable distributed production environment.
- Collaborate with the talented global team including the product manager to create and deliver a great front end Enterprise experience our customers will love.
- Deliver the MVP out the door knowing that great user experience takes ongoing investment, refinement, and polish.
**Qualifications**:
**Required**:
- 2+ years of experience building fast-rendering reusable and extendable components using HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue, Angular, Typescript etc
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- You have Successful track record of delivering and maintaining reliable, scalable, traceable and performant distributed systems to customers in a production cloud environment
- Extensive experience with building and using REST APIs
**Desired**:
- Experience with:
- Java with experience in multi-threaded programming
- Java frameworks like Spring boot or Dropwizard
- Agile development and is comfortable decomposing complex problem statements
- Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL or equivalent)
- Production experience with AWS, GCP or other public cloud infrastructure platforms
- Distributed in-memory datastore (Redis, Memcached, Hazelcast or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - You are confident in writing down and presenting your designs and decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
**Location**
This role will be based in our Bogotá, Colombia office.
