**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:
The Client Trainer primary responsibility is to ensure the highest level of service provided to the Netcracker customer base by developing and facilitating appropriate training of Netcracker Solutions. The Client Trainer should develop such training with an eye towards its eventual use as part of a corporate, partner and end-user customer training curriculum. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Deliver customer-facing on-site and online training
- Create and revise training course ware both core and custom
- Participate in Training Needs Analysis activity with clients
- Design or revise and enhance existing training programs and materials to meet the business needs
- Assist with development metrics to determine the effectiveness of training materials and programs
- Facilitate all levels of evaluating training effectiveness
- Develop process/training documentation for all training programs
- Analyze organizational issues and opportunities to determine, develop, and implement ways to improve customer and organizational effectiveness
- Provide weekly status reports, and updates of all training engagements that are active and pending engagement
- Keeping abreast on all industry standards and technologies
- The ability to travel to Customer sites to provide training. This position requires travel, from 30 to 50% per month as needed
- When necessary work with the customer to customize the training delivery based on the customer's requirements and culture
- Provide internal product training as needed

**Required Experience**:

- BS/BA University Degree
- Minimum 2 years' experience developing and delivering customer-facing training in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills and fluent Spanish and English are a must
- Additional languages are a plus, specifically Portuguese
- Experience in the BSS, OSS and/or telecommunications industry preferred
- Technical or professional experience with the following are a bonus:

- Application development using Java and JavaScript;
- Relational databases (Oracle preferred)
- Application Servers (Websphere, Weblogic)
- Various operating systems (Windows, Unix)
