**Your Position**

You will provide technical support to maintain the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity. Additionally, you will work with other team members in executing a roadmap, with specific tasks related to security, networking, phone system, system adoptions, and other requirements.

**What You Will be Doing**

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for staff via a ticketing system, phone, or in-person
  • Execute assigned tasks planned in the roadmap or the IT area, including security tasks, systems upgrades, software deployments, and others

**Responsibilities**

  • Support Windows and MAC OS users with problems
  • To provide tier one helpdesk support to the team members.
  • Provide assistance to the other members of the IT Team.

**Requirements**

  • Ideally Microsoft Windows and MAC OS training of some type basic network training would be useful as well. (2-3 years)
  • Advance English Level.
