Job description

**Overview**:
**Your Key Responsibilities as a Software Developer**:

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project specifications and deliverables.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Customize and configure Salesforce platforms including Apex, Lightning Components, LWC.
- Integrate software solutions with existing systems and third-party APIs.
- Participate in code review to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Document software designs, processes, and technical specifications for clarity and maintainability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Contribute to agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluent in English**(spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for learning new technologies and improving development processes.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to fostering collaboration.

**Technical Proficiencies**
- Expertise in programming languages is commonly used for software development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Familiarity with popular software frameworks and libraries.
- Knowledge of version control, software development practices, and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with database management and API integrations.

**Education and Certifications**
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) a plus.
- Other relevant certifications in software development a plus.
