It's a chance to learn, evolve, and construct a future that's uniquely yours. **_ Here’s an overview of your future role:_** - Employment Type: Full-time- Shift: Day shift- Work Setup: Onsite, Bogotá / Medellin **What do you need to succeed?** - A Self Starter - Proven experience in marketing, community management, event management or a related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach. - Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. - Ability to work independently and remotely, with a strong sense of accountability. - Education: - Marketing or related. Tech Stack: - Excel, Google Sheets (basic understanding to work) - Google Sheets is preferred. - Powerpoint - Outlook - Office Suite or Google Suite Plus: - Notion - Leading teams: big plus - Advert Management: big plus - Sales Manager experience: big plus - Logistics experience **What awaits you in this role?** Customer Service: - Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. - Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the team to improve products and services. Influencer Marketing: - Identify and engage with potential influencers that align with our brand values and goals. - Coordinate outreach efforts, including initiating contact, negotiating collaborations, and sending product samples. - Oversee and manage ongoing relationships with influencers, tracking campaign performance and ensuring deliverables are met. Field Marketing: - Lead the recruitment, training, and management of brand ambassadors. - Organize and oversee field marketing activities and events, ensuring brand consistency and positive audience engagement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement field marketing strategies.
