Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Post Deployment & Support Desk Analyst quien tendrá la misión de ser el responsable de asesorar, guíar y resolver los requerimientos técnicos y funcionales de los usuarios de SAP Ariba y VivoPro, facilitar la adopción mediante la creación de material de valor que facilite el uso de la herramienta y el seguimiento necesario en las distintas herramientas de soporte para garantizar un servicio al cliente de calidad. Las funciones principales del puesto son: - Seguimiento constante en la atención de solicitudes de soporte hasta su resolución en base a los KPIs de tiempos de respuesta y solución establecidos. - Seguimiento en la atención de proveedores para los diferentes eventos de las cuentas, garantizando su efectiva participación. - Seguimiento de eventos, reporte y comunicación para el departamento de negociación. - Dar soporte al supervisor y encargado de Vivo Care en las aplicaciones que le sean asignadas. - Aclarar dudas al equipo y ser fuente de información para quien lo solicite. - Creación de manuales y guías rápidas para la atención de clientes y/o capacitación o para cualquier cuenta que lo requiera. - Sesiones de soporte durante la adopción de la herramienta para aquellas cuentas que lo requieran. Requisitos importantes: - Residir en Guatemala - Conocimiento técnico preferido de Ariba SAP básico e intermedio. - Manejo efectivo de programas informáticos básicos. - Conocimiento y manejo del idioma inglés, de preferencia B2 - Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación, capacidad de interactuar con el cliente; capacidad de dirigir reuniones que involucran a muchos usuarios. - Solución inmediata de requerimientos de clientes o proveedores. - Pensamiento crítico, iniciativa y sentido de urgencia. - Formación y análisis de informes cuantitativos y cualitativos. - Análisis de resultados, gráficos y tendencias. - Alta habilidad de análisis numérico. - Excelente escucha activa y habilidades interpersonales. - Organizado y orientado a los detalles. - Comportamiento Ético y Profesional. - Capacidad de adaptarse a lo nuevo rápidamente con una actitud positiva y de salto directo. - Licenciatura de 3 años (o experiência equivalente) en Ingeniería industrial.
