Who we are looking for

A Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for overseeing our overall success through the effective recruitment, management and development of people to achieve departmental goals and objectives at our offices based in Bogotá, Colombia.

We are looking to enhance and expand our existing recruitment team that is in the early stages of development. As Recruitment Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Customer Contact Manager where you will look to agree, establish and shape a recruitment strategy for the operation to ensure that departmental headcounts are met.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, positive and professional individual who has outstanding communication skills, the ability to network easily and establish strong professional relationships.

You will currently be operating at a manager capacity with management and recruitment experience. You will be able to manage and monitor productivity and evidence success in managing projects, coaching and developing staff.

Innovative approach and technique to help acquire talent.- Main Responsibilities- Maintaining an exceptional level of knowledge of the department’s policies and procedures.- Overseeing and adapting the recruitment process to meet hiring objectives.- Providing support, guidance, and direction as required enabling team members to succeed and grow.- Developing team members to help meet departmental objectives.- Reviewing and suggesting improvements to recruitment processes and procedures.- Reporting to Senior Management and departmental managers on the progress of all projects.- Acting as a point of escalation for issues raised by team members.- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with managers and Human Resources to work collaboratively on departmental needs.- Using data successfully to identify areas for further development and improvement.- Developing of recruitment strategies, attracting the best talent and meeting staffing needs.- Analysing and identifying the required profile in order to adjust the talent sourcing strategies to the most successful prospects.- Want to become part of the team?- The benefits of working with us
