We are searching the best talent for **SENIOR DEMAND PLANNER** to be located in **Bogotá (Colombia).** **Purpose**: Prepare, execute, and lead daily planning to achieve service, cost and inventory goals. Develop strong cross site and multifunctional relationships and communication with Suppliers, Demand Planning, Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution / Logistics to adjust plans for changes in forecast or actual supply or customer order. Demonstrate comfortability with running multiple business scenarios. **You will be responsible for**: - Demand => Update and innovate the databases and decision-making tool-, support for the analysis of the Demand with the business through the meetings of Operational Planning and Sales (Sales and Operation Planning S&OP). - Supply => Coordinate the entire supply flow - order management - from placement at the Plant to arrival in the country, according to the affiliate's requirements, being the link between the Affiliate and the Plant. - Inventory Management => Analyze and report the behavior of inventories, establishing action plans to maintain balanced financial and utility levels. - Performance measurement => Collect and analyze from the support database for the Reporting and monitoring metrics Recommend action plans for constant improvement - Processes and Policies => generate and / or update SOP - Participate in projects in the area, whether local, regional and / or corporate that result in the improvement of the performance of the area. **Others** - Others a) Work well with the Safety, Health and Environment area and knowledge of SOX to ensure that the processes and projects are carried out under the required environmental standards - Know the occupational health and safety standards, as well as environmental policies and provide support to the members of the ISO 14001 system team, promoting their compliance and reporting any violation or deviation to the area of safety and environment **Calificaciones** Qualifications and requirements**: - Statistical analysis / Models (desirable) - Knowledge in supply chain management - Required experience (years of experience) in Demand and Supply logistics processes, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. - Required professional title (profession of preference): Administrative Careers - Industrial Engineering or related careers. **Other studies**: - Required language: English - advanced level, preferable - Management of computer tools: Advanced Mastery in Office Tools (Excel, PP) - Ability to run systems - preferable SAP - Global Leadership Competencies - All employees must have corporate proficiencies - Integrity and behavior based on the Creed - Analytical / Critical Thinking (shape) - Global orientation with attention to detail and planning - Collaboration and partnership / communication (connect). - Prioritization - Self-awareness and flexibility - Encouraged by results and performance **Percentage of travel**:1 to 3 per year **Ubicación principal** Colombia-Distrito Capital de Bogotá-Bogotá - **Organización** Janssen Cilag S.A.
