As a **Human Resources Intern,** you would provide support to the wellness and hiring areas.
**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
**Selection and recruitment area**:
- Responsible for the recruitment, selection and hiring processes of trainees and interns.
**Wellness area**:
- Follow up on wellness diagnostics and surveys.
- Review of employee benefits and update of benefits databases.
**Occupational health and safety area**:
- Examine the workplace for environmental or physical factors that could affect employee health, safety, comfort, and performance.
- Support and management of active breaks
**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Be authorized by the university to start your internship period.
- Be a student of psychology or related.
- Language: Advanced English skills. (B2 + or C1)

- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
- **Contract**: Fixed term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**:Only for Medellin or Bogota, this position will be on-site.
- **Salary**: 1SMLV
