**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all facets of the real estate transaction process, including documentation, deadlines, and communications between parties.
- Review and prepare documents related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage transaction timelines, keeping all parties informed of progress and any necessary actions.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, managing brokers to gather all necessary documents for closing.
- Assist in resolving any administrative issues related to transactions, such as discrepancies in paperwork or closing details.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, including all communication and documentation, in the company's database.

**Requirements**:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, mortgage processes, and legal documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Monthly payment USD 1.400.oo
