Some exciting initiatives we are working on are:

- Design, develop and deploy unique omnichannel customer experiences on top of Amazon Connect, including developing proprietary tools and services to extend the Connect platform
- Developing a comprehensive Data, Analytics, and Reporting platform to integrate, measure, and analyze millions of daily customer interactions/metrics across all our clients
- Designing and developing fantastic user experiences across data visualization and analytics in the customer engagement/contact center industry
- Developing standardized AI/ML models to optimize customer engagement and agent performance using various Python frameworks and AWS services (Transcribe, Comprehend, Sagemaker, etc.)
- Building web/mobile apps to improve agent/manager performance across thousands of agents (metrics, gamification, collaboration)
- Deploying cutting-edge, tech-enablement services using the AWS ecosystem, including microservices and serverless architecture, CI/CD pipelines, event notification services, search services, multi-tenant architecture and lots more.

**Our team **has successfully built and scaled analytics-focused products and services at companies such as Salesforce, Demandware, IBM, IBEX, and T-Mobile. We have strong backgrounds in Computer Science, Math, and Engineering from top universities. **ABOUT YOU**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of databases for various
- Monitor and optimize database performance, identifying and resolving any issues
- Ensure the security of the database and data stored within it, implementing advanced

security measures
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity
- Work closely with development teams to design and implement new databases,

providing guidance and expertise
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related issues, providing guidance to junior

team members
- Continuously research and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the

performance and reliability of databases
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members
- Lead or participate in database migration and upgrade projects
- Manage and monitor database capacity and ensure scalability to meet growing business

needs
- Create and maintain documentation of all database systems, processes, and

procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop and implement data governance

policies Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience as a Database Administrator
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, SQL, PgSQL, RDS, DynamoDB and Redshift
- Experience with advanced database administration and management tools
- Strong understanding of database security best practices and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Certifications in relevant database technologies is a plus
- Experience working on a fast-paced and rapid multi tasking environment
- Experience with Percona monitoring
